How can I check the availability of houses?

How do I make a booking application?
In the information on every house you will find the icon:

Follow these three steps:

Completing these three steps will allow you to send your booking application.
You will then receive an e-mail confirming your booking and with instructions on
haw to pay the deposit (25% of the total amount).
Once the payment has been made we will send you your booking along with all the
necessary information on how to contact the person responsible for the house and
the necessary maps for arrival.
The payment of the rest of the amount (75%) must be made directly at the house when
you arrive. In some cases the payment of the total amount of your booking must be
made to RuralVerd during the week before your arrival. You will find this information
in the paragraph entitled “Final Payment” in your booking document.
Once this final payment has been made (where necessary) you will be sent further
confirmation.
Are the prices stated per person or for the property?
Accommodation in independent properties: The prices indicated
are for the property and for stays of two nights and one week. The prices refer
to the number of people stated in the information about the property and do not
include extra beds.
Accommodation by rooms: The price indicated is per person
per night, bed and breakfast, half board or full board.
How many people can stay at the house?
The client must inform RuralVerd of the number of people that are to be accommodated.
In the case of large groups (over 15 people) we would advise you to contact us as
there are a number of different options available.
Prices may vary according to different seasons. When you click on the dates that
you require the price shown will reflect the season in which you wish to make your
booking. For 2006 the seasons are:
The number of people must never exceed the maximum permitted in the house, except
in the case of children under 2 years old.
What is the minimum stay?
Stays are for a minimum of 2 nights, but this can vary depending on public holidays,
and the Easter and Christmas holidays.
In the summer season the minimum stay for the majority of independent properties
is for 7 nights, the arrival day being on Friday or Saturday.

When do I have to pay the rest of the amount?
The rest of the amount must be paid when you arrive at the house. In some cases
RuralVerd manages the entire payment for the house. This is indicated in your booking
document in the paragraph entitled “Final Payment”.
Do I have to pay a damage deposit?
In your BOOKING document the amount needed for the damage deposit will be indicated
if it is required.
What time can I arrive and what time do I
have to leave?
Arrival time is between 17.00 and 20.00. You are required to leave the property
before 12:00 midday on the day of your departure.
For weekend stays the departure time can be delayed until the afternoon as long
as it does not coincide with arrival of new clients the same afternoon (you will
be informed about this beforehand). Each property owner may have their own requirements
on arrival and departure times.
How do I get to the house?
With the help of the maps we send you in your BOOKING Document.
How will I get the keys?
From the owner or representative, who you should contact a few days before your
arrival. Their telephone numbers will be given to you along with your BOOKING Document.
Can we take our dog etc.?
Only in the properties indicated on our website.
You must keep dogs etc. under control at all times and keep them off sofas and beds.
You will be held responsible for any damage caused by dogs or any other pets.
Who do I go to if I need help or any information
during my stay?
At the house you will find all the relevant tourist information about the area,
a list of important telephone numbers, and instructions on the use of domestic appliances
and other equipment. The owner or representative will inform you of the nearest
places to do your shopping, the location of the rubbish bins and the nearest local
services.
If you consider that the accommodation or service you have received does not comply
with the necessary standards, you must contact the owner, representative or RuralVerd
so that a solution or alternative can be found as soon as possible.
Remember you will be staying in a rural environment. You may find noises and smells
form farming or cattle installations which not usual in urban areas.
Are towels and bed linen included?
At the property you will find bath towels, bed linen and blankets. If , exceptionally,
the property does not offer this service, you will find it indicated in the information
about the property on our website.
What equipment will I find at the house?
The equipment (domestic appliances etc.) for each house may vary so it is necessary
to consult the information about the services the house offers on our website.
When are the houses cleaned?
The houses are cleaned before the arrival of clients. It is the client who is responsible
for the cleaning during the stay. On your depature day you are responsible for leaving
the property in good condition and at the required time.
