To find the available houses, please use the following steps:

* Indicate the month and your arrival date
* Indicate the number of nights you would like to stay
* Indicate the region you are interested in (totes, muntanya, costa o interior)
* Indicate the number of people in your party (Not including children under 2 years old)
* Indicate your budget

In the information on every house you will find the icon:

Completing these three steps will allow you to send your booking application.

You will then receive an e-mail confirming your booking and with instructions on haw to pay the deposit (25% of the total amount).

Once the payment has been made we will send you your booking along with all the necessary information on how to contact the person responsible for the house and the necessary maps for arrival.

The payment of the rest of the amount (75%) must be made directly at the house when you arrive. In some cases the payment of the total amount of your booking must be made to RuralVerd during the week before your arrival. You will find this information in the paragraph entitled “Final Payment” in your booking document. Once this final payment has been made (where necessary) you will be sent further confirmation.

Conditions

BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS
On confirming a booking you will be required to pay a deposit corresponding to 25% of the total amount of the booking. If this payment is not received within the week following your confirmation, your booking will be considered cancelled.
The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on your arrival at the house. In some cases you will be required to pay the remaining amount one week before your arrival at the house. The form of payment will be specified in your BOOKING CONFIRMATION.
Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until you have received your booking document and RuralVerd has received your deposit.
The property owners reserve the right to ask for a damage deposit which will be returned to you on your day of departure. You will be informed of the requirement of such a deposit, along with the amount in your booking document.

BOOKING DOCUMENTS
When RuralVerd has received your deposit (25% of the total amount) you will be sent a BOOKING document in which you will find all the necessary instructions and maps for arrival.

CANCELLATIONS
Your booking with RuralVerd is governed by laws of the Regional Government of Catalonia.
The cancellation of a booking produces administration fees based on the amount of the deposit of the booking.
“ Decree 53/ 8th February, 1994, concerning prices, bookings and complementary services of tourist accommodation. (Correction of error in the Official Catalan Government Document (DOGC) No. 1904, pg. 3725, 3rd June, 1994)”
Article 32.
Refunds:
The cancellation of a booking gives the right to retain the following amounts:
1. 5 % of the deposit when the cancellation of the booking has been made more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date.
2. 50% of the deposit when the cancellation of the booking has been made between 30 and 7 days in advance of the arrival date.
3. 100% of the deposit if the cancellation of the deposit is made in the 7 days prior to the arrival date.
In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the client the same conditions for refunds will be applied as here stated.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
The arrival time is between 17.00 and 20.00. Departure is before 12.00 midday.

For weekend stays the departure time can normally be delayed until the afternoon as long as it does not interfere with the arrival of other clients ( If other clients are arriving at the property the same day you will be advised beforehand). Each property owner may have their own requirements for arrival and departure times.

NUMBER AND IDENTIFICATION OF CLIENTS
The number of clients occupying a house or room must never exceed the number stipulated on the booking document, except in the case of children under 2 years old.
On arrival you will be required to fill in the client identification form.

PRICES
The prices include the accommodation contracted, independent lodging or rooms, with or without meals. Any other kind of extra service or unspecified feature are not included.

PETS
Pets will only be admitted in the properties specified on RuralVerd’s website.
It is the clients obligation to keep pets under control at all times keeping them away from sofas and beds. The client will be held responsible for any damage caused by pets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
If you encounter any fault with appliances or part of the house, missing equipment, or equipment in bad condition, it is essential that you contact the property owner or RuralVerd so that the problem can be dealt with immediately. We do not wish any inconvenience to interrupt or spoil a comfortable and pleasurable stay. If you do not warn us of any inconvenience we will not be able to offer any kind of compensation after your stay has ended.

The sending of booking forms for rural accommodation through the websites www.ruralverd.com and www.ruralverd.es implies the express consent of the USER for RURALVERD, S.L. to cede the personal information of the USER to the people necessary to administrate the data base.

I compliance with Articles 14 and 15 Title III of the aforementioned law, all USERS of www.riuralverd.com and www.ruralverd.es have the right to access, rectify or cancel their personal details.
