Property located in the centre of Penedés, to 7 km of Vilafranca del Penedès, in a good situation to enjoy the landscape of the region. The horticulture is the main activity of the property. A part of the original house of the property has become a cosy independent rural lodging (there is a total of 3 lodgings in the property). An ample garden with turf, olive trees,… The guests have to their disposition a barbecue, furniture of garden exclusive for this lodging and swimming pool of 7 x 3,5m and 1.20 ms of depth to share with the other lodgings. Bicycles, balls of basketball and football. It is possible to rent an independent dining room-kitchen with chimney and TV when you would rent more of one lodging.

Distributed in two floors. When you enter there is a pleasant hall with armchairs and a television. In the same floor, in the left, there is the kitchen, equipped with furnace, microwaves, refrigerator, teapot, etc. The kitchen has a superb chimney. Following the corridor from the hall, in the left, one bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor there is the dining room and the living room. In the first floor, there are 3 rooms: the first is one room with 1 double bed, with the possibility to add one more extra bed, other with two single beds and the last one with an individual bed. In this floor is a bathroom with shower.

You could enjoy all the year sunny time and good temperature because it is located in Mediterranean climate. The diversity is the most important quality of the region, from the plain with their fields of cultivation, in their majority of grapevine, to the mountain ranges, Mountain range of Queralt, Mountain range of l'Ordal and Massis of Garraf, where you could enjoy the forest and the views of the region to the sea. Cultural visits to the castles, Romance and gothic churches, the modernist architecture of Puig and Cadafalch. Fairs and markets. Equestrian, circuits on foot or in bicycle visiting the old constructions of defense that they still are conserved. And the commercial and playful offer concentrated in the cities and towns like Barcelona, Tarragona, Sitges, Vilanova i the Geltrú and Vilafranca of the Penedès.
