The country house is divided into two independent lodgings inside a wine-producing property. The house is totally restored and it has got a 12 x 6 m swimming pool to share with the persons of both lodgings. It has also got a tennis court, a basketball pitch, bicycles and a ping-pong table in the porch. There is a little shared courtyard with direct access to a porch. The courtyard has also got outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a little room with a washing machine. It is settled in the town of Subirats, between Vilafranca del Penedès and Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.
