Accommodation located in an old catalan rural house (dated from XVI Century) and situated in the heart of the Natural Park of Montseny. Restored rural house, divided in the property of the owners and in the other side two independent accommodations. The property is located at an altitude of820 metersin the slope of one of the most emblematic tops of the Montseny, “Turó of l'Home”, and is distributed in different levels following the unevenness from the mountain combining smooth zones of meadow and forest from where we can enjoy splendid views “Matagalls” (1700m), “Puigdrau” (1347m) and mountain range of Navall. There is a barbecue area with outdoor furniture and a storage room with washing machine, both to share with the house ref.: 34002. Bicycles to rent.

House divided in two levels, on the ground floor we have an open kitchen equipped with refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwaves, oven and chimney and the dining room with a big table with a capacity for 8 people. On the right and communicated through an entrance arc we have the living room, a bath with bathtub and the stairs that lead us to the first floor. In this floor we have a room with double bed, a room with two individual beds, a triple room (double bed + 1 individual one) and one bath with shower.

Property located in Montseny, Natural park and reserve of the Biosphere, the oldest and one of the most important ones of Catalonia. The situation and altitude of its mountains is the reason why we can find three types of differentiated landscapes: Mediterranean forests in the lower part, Central European forests in the middle part and meadows and moors in the top part. If you are use to walk, after a two and a half hours walk you can reach the summit of “Turó de l’Home” (1712m), the highest and most important summit of Montseny. If you prefer you can have a walk in the beech, discover wooded zones where there are old ice wells and relax in the numerous sources that you will find. By car or by bicycle it is possible reach thelakeofSanta Feor if you want you can rest in the meadows next to the house and let the time pass while enjoying the magnificent views of this natural patrimony. Each station of the year is well different: in winter we can enjoy the nearest snow ofBarcelona, in autumn the brown and yellow colours, the chestnut trees and the mushrooms, the spring full of colours and the fresh and smooth summers, all this 70km fromBarcelona.
