Can Rajoler is located in Vilamaniscle, a small town of only 120 inhabitants at the foot of the National Park ‘L´´Albera´. The house is situated in a quiet street in the high part of the town. The house looks onto four streets and is next to a fortified mansion known to the locals as ‘The Castle´ and has a large terrace with views overlooking the town. Vilamaniscle is situated 3km from Garriguella, 20km from the region´s capital, Figueres, and is only 15 minutes from the beaches at Llança. Vilamaniscle has some very good sports installations including a large town swimming pool, which can be reached on foot from the house.

On entering the house you find a large hall where there is access to the boiler room and the washing machine.On the other side of the hall you'll find a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with a fireplace from which there is access to the patio. Upstairs you come onto the dining-room with table, TV and fireplace and armchairs from there is access to a terrace.There is also a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and barbecue. A hallway leads you to the three bedrooms, one double and two twin, and a complete bathroom with shower. The house has central heating.

Can Rajoler is found in a pleasant area which offers a wide range of opportunities to do different activities both cultural and sporting. The countryside in this region is a contrast between the sea, the plain and the mountain, complemented by vineyards which produce quality wines and cavas. The Region of Alt Empordà also has a wide range of nature reserves including the National Park: ‘Aiguamolls de l'Empordà' the National Park at Cap de Creus, and the Sierra de l'Albera. You can visit the historic Roman ruins of Empúries, the medieval town of Sant Mart de Empúries, and the Benedictine Monastery of Sant Pere de Roda. The beaches of Colera, Port de La Selva and Llança are recommended.
