This large property is located near the town of Bariona de Rialb in the region of Noguera. It is a secluded building ideal for large groups or families who want to enjoy the wildlife and the scenery of this beautiful area. The house is situated between the spectacular Rialb reservoir on one side and mountains on the other. Outside there is a large garden area with a barbecue and easy access to swim in the clear waters of the river Rialb.

The house is distributed on 2 floors. Downstairs there is a large living room and dining-room with large windows to the views of the surrounding area. There is also a spacious kitchen with 2 ovens, 2 microwaves and 2 dishwashers. The kitchen has a small side room where you will find 2 fridge freezers. There are 2 toilets and a twin bedroom adapted for the disabled with a fully equipped bathroom . Upstairs there is a further lounge with a TV and sofa beds which can be used to sleep up to 5 more people. There are four bedrooms of varying capacity: three with five beds and one with four beds. Finally there are two bathrooms, each with three showers and three WCs. Central heating and washing machine.

There are things to do for all tastes around the house. You can visit the Romanesque churches of the area (there are 23 to see in this region alone) or do a tour of the region's castles (Montsonís, Mur, Montclar). In addition the house is only 18km away from the historic town of Ponts, recommended for its castle and monastery. The house is also perfectly situated for all kinds of outdoor activity such as excursions on foot or by bike, canoeing, adventure sports, fishing and mushroom picking(depending on the time of year).
