The country house is divided into two independent lodgings a wine-producing property. The house is totally restored and it has got a 12 x 6 m swimming pool to share with the people of both lodgings. It has also got a tennis court, a basketball pitch, bicycles and a ping-pong table in the porch. There is a little courtyard with direct access to a shed, which is also shared with the people of both lodgings. The courtyard has also got outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a little room with a washing machine. It is settled in the town of Subirats, between Vilafranca del Penedès and Sant Sadurní d'Anoia.

The accommodation is on the ground floor of the house. It has got a full equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a TV, two double rooms with rustic furniture: one of them with a queen size bed and the other one with twin beds. A bathroom.
