Situated 3km from the town of Cervià de Ter to the North East of Girona in a tiny, peaceful hamlet. The estate consists of the main farm house (owner’s residence) and converted barns, now 4 charming apartments (See property Ref 32004, 32006 and 32007) . The apartments share a garden (500m2) with all the necessary garden furniture, and a large swimming pool (10m x 4m). The swimming pool uses special salted water (no chlorine, recommended for skin and hair, ideal for children). Behind the apartments there is also a shaded patio from where there is access to the apartments.

The apartment is distributed in two parts. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room/ dining-room featuring a fireplace and TV. The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge, washing machine and microwave. A stairway takes us up to the first floor where we find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and the bathroom. Central heating.

things to do

Cervià de Ter still conserves some elements of its medieval past and some clues (the remains of the castle, a watch tower and a stone entrance gate) that it was once a fortified town. Also at one end of the town you will find the fine 10th century Romanesque church. The town is ideally located for all sorts of outings to the neighbouring picturesque towns of Peratallada, Monells and Ullastret. Also within easy driving distance are Figureres (Salvador Dalí museum) and the provincial capital, Girona (8km) famed for its Jewish quarter and its cathedral. Also within easy reach is the region of La Garrotxa, famous for its Volcanoes and the medieval towns of Besalú, Olot and Castellfollit de la Roca. The beaches of the Costa Brava, namely L’Estartit and L’Escala are only a 25 minute drive away.
