Totally restored country house from the 17th century. It is located on one side of the town of Juià, next to the Gavarres peak. It is surrounded by a big garden and growing fields. It has got a backyard, a garden, some trees and outdoor furniture. There is a porch with vaulted arches covering a barbecue and a shed with tables and chairs. The building keeps a 17th century oven for baking bread.

The lodging is distributed in three floors. On the first floor there is a hall and rustic furniture, a living room, a room witha doublke bed and a single bed, a double room and two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, a stone sink, fireplace and a dining area. On the first floor there is a central lounge area, two bedrooms each with a double bed anbd two single beds, and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a 60m2 study with a fireplace, sofas and a TV. Also there is a fifth bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom. Central heating.

It is an ideal place for enjoying sea and mountain pleasures. You can head many trips from house: to Peratallada, Monells, Ullastret, Pals, Empúries, The Natural Park in L'Empordà, The town of Figueres (with the Dali museum).... The region of La Garrotxa is also very near and has got many beautiful medieval towns. You can also ski in Vallter 2000 station or go to the beaches of La Costa Brava, which are very close. The town of Girona is only 8 km. away and you can visit its cathedral, the jewish quarter or enjoy its services (a swimming pool, tennis courts, equipment renting, restaurants...).
