Delightful wood cabin situated on a property dating from the 12th century. Fully restored and maintaining the old structure and materials. The estate is located 1 km from the town of Castellterçol, and 20 km. away from the regional capital of Granollers, to the north of Barcelona. Set among woods and farmland, the property's main activity is cattle farming. There are five independent lodgings, a garden with outdoor furniture, a large swimming pool (8,5 x 4,5 m) and two new pools featuring a waterfall (45 cm deep) ideal for children, to share among the guests in the five lodgings. There is also a large communal porch with a barbecue. Car park.

The lodging is distributed on one floor, a little further apart from the other lodgings on the property. The house has a front porch where the main entrance is located, leading directly into the living area. In this area are a sofa and armchair, table and chairs and the kitchen, equipped with gas hob, fridge and microwave. There is a double bedroom with direct access to front porch and a single room with a bunk bed. Bathroom. Electric heating.

The main activities to do are: hiking, playing golf, hang-gliding and horse riding or biking. You can visit the churches of Sant Fruitós and Sant Francesc in Castellterçol. You can follow the modernist route and visit its buildings in Cardedeu, Granollers, Castellterçol or l´Ametlla del Vallès. There are also roman ruins in Can Terrers and a dolmen in Vallgorguina. The house is only 20 km. away from the beaches of El Maresme and 50km. away from Barcelona.
