Booking and deposits:

On confirming a booking you will be required to pay a deposit corresponding to 25% of the total amount of the booking.

The deposit must be paid within 4 working days after the date of confirmation of the reservation. If the deposit is not received within this period, the reservation will be considered cancelled.

The remaining balance will be paid in cash on arrival. In some cases you will be required to pay the remaining amount one week before your arrival. In each case it will be specified in the booking confirmation.

Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until you have received your booking document and RuralVerd has received your deposit.
The costs of bank transfers are charged to the customer and should never be subtracted from the total amount of the booking.

The property owners reserve the right to ask for a damage deposit which it will be returned to you on your day of departure. In that case, it will be notified on your booking document.

Tourist rate Law 5/2012 // Law 5/217 of the Parlament of Catalonia

Not included in the price (0,66 Euros / person / in the night in Turirme Rural's Houses and Tourist Apartments, 1,10 Euros in Tourist housing).

Excluded from rate the personst of age equal or lower than 16 years.

In stays superior to 7 nights, the Rate only applies itself to the first 7 nights.

Booking documents:

When RuralVerd has received your deposit (25% of the total amount) you will receive the BOOKING document, where you will find all the necessary instructions and arrival maps.

Booking Cancellations


The booking cancellation fees are calculated on the amount of the deposit booking:

1. 5 % of the deposit when the cancellation of the booking has been made more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date.
2. 50% of the deposit when the cancellation of the booking has been made between 30 and 7 days in advance of the arrival date.
3. 100% of the deposit if the cancellation of the deposit is made in 7 and 7 days prior to the arrival date.
In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the client the same conditions for refunds will be applied as here stated.

Alterations or modifications of dates

The suspension or modification (for personal reasons otherwise) of nights booked on special dates (weekends, Easter, Christmas, New Year and August), will not result in any claim, refund of the nights and the prices set previously in the initial booking.

Compensation for waiver of the stay

When the client of a house or flat leaves before the date on which it was booked, he/she must pay the remaining days of the stay of the amounts specified in the previous article, taking into account the established deadlines.

Arrival and departure time

The arrival time is between 17.00 and 20.00. Departure time will be between 10 and 12.00 am, to be confirmed with the owner.
For weekend stays the departure time can normally be delayed until the afternoon as long as it does not interfere with the arrival of other clients ( If other clients are arriving at the property the same day you will be advised beforehand). Each property owner may have their own requirements for arrival and departure times.

Number and identification of clients

No more people than those indicated in the RESERVATION may be accommodated or stay at the property. Any modification must be notified well in advance.
On arrival you will be required to fill in the client identification form.

ADULTS: From 17 years. 
CHILDREN: 2 to 16 years. 
BABIES: 0 to 2 years. 


The prices include the accommodation contracted, independent lodging or rooms, with or without meals. Any other kind of extra service or unspecified feature are not included.


Pets will only be admitted in the properties specified on RuralVerd’s website.
It is the clients obligation to keep pets under control at all times keeping them away from sofas and beds. The client will be held responsible for any damage caused by pets.

Pets can not swim in the pools.

Your responsibilities

If you find any fault with appliances or part of the house, missing equipment, or equipment in bad condition, it is essential that you contact the property owner or RuralVerd so that the problem can be immediately dealt. We do not wish any inconvenience to interrupt or spoil a comfortable and pleasurable stay. If you do not warn us of any inconvenience we will not be able to offer any kind of compensation after your stay has ended.
